We’ve become a “nation of walking zombies.”
I don’t always get enough sleep. Who does? The article link above talks about napping and the benefit of napping. Everyone loves a good nap but does it really solve the problem? I have a crazy idea. How about taking a fast walk everyday then sleep will come more easily and will provide the rest needed.
