Here’s the method I think works best for permanent weight loss.
“OjAS” – Old Jean Adjustment System. Sound interesting? Let’s do it.
OK, go find the old jeans that you once loved and that loved you. You know, your skinny jeans. Now weigh yourself. Write down your weight and pin it to those jeans. Stick them back into the hidden place of honor. Now, give your scale to a friend for one to two years. Remember, it takes the same amount of time to permanently take off weight, as it took to put it on. Two years gaining weight equals two years taking it off.
Walk for one or two years. No cheating. Just do it. Step by step.
Now speed ahead, one or two years later, get those old jeans out and test the “OjAS” method.
I bet those old jeans love you now.

None of these wonderful synonyms will help you control weight, improve fitness and get you in those skinny jeans – OjAS. [...]
