Walking is great brain food. Well, it’s really all about the deep breathing. Oh, I see where you’re going. Get your mind out of the gutter, not that kind of deep breathing. It’s the increased oxygen to the blood stream be exact.
So do your brain a favor and take your head out for a walk. How about four or five times a week. I know how important walking each day is to me. The stress released, clearing my mind from a day at work and allowing my mind to rest for a moment.
