What is positive? And how do you accentuate it?Dispositional optimism.

What was the difference between the two women? Dispositional optimism, meaning that one woman had expectations that were generally positive. Are your expectations generally positive?
Nothing makes me more positive than walking for exercise. I know sounds so corny. But it’s so simple and the results are proportional to output. Step by step toward my goal. Being fully fit again. High school and college fit.
