Fatboy and Slimboy Sausage Pasta.

Sam Zein of “Just Cook It!” makes over an old recipe with slimming but spicy choices. 

Spicy Fatboy Sausage Pasta:

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb spicy Italian sausage (casings removed and crumbled)
4 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 lb penne pasta
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup whipping cream                         
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Here’s the Slimboy Sausage Pasta swaps:

  1. Spicy Italian sausage swapped with spicy turkey or chicken sausage
  2. 3 tablespoons of butter swapped (1) 1/2 tablespoons
  3. 1 cup whipping cream swapped for 1 cup of evaporated condensed milk
  4. 4 garlic cloves swap for 6 cloves
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes swapped for 1 teaspoon
