Sam Zein of “Just Cook It!” makes over an old recipe with slimming but spicy choices.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb spicy Italian sausage (casings removed and crumbled)
4 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 lb penne pasta
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
