Walking with Oz.

Oprah’s guru Dr. Oz offers a few online workout tips and routines. The tips look great but without vigorous aerobic exercise you’ll just be twisting and jumping around and the calorie burn is minimal at best. Walk first, with purpose, then do this 20 minute routine to charge up your workout.

Excuse-buster: The strength exercises flow into stretches to keep your body limber and lean. And you’ll build most of your strength in your core to create a toned stomach and elegant posture—more ballerina than bulky ball-thrower.”
