I found the “the Daily Mind” and the tag line caught my eye, “eastern wisdom to make the daily grind more meaningful,” and I liked it. I browsed around and found the site, fun and thoughtful. Two great attributes generally in life and, um, in everything else. The Daily Minder’s, “8 Hacks to Help You Exercise Before Work Everyday” had one point that relates to all exercise no matter the time of day.
Do it every single day-
Don’t just do it once. Do it everyday. If you do it only a few times you will not develop the habit and every time you try to do it you will feel crap during the exercise session. Make sure you get up and exercise at the same time – even on the weekends.

I feel better when I walk six days a week but I prefer working out in the evening, after work. Clearing my mind and body of the day. When I do walk in the morning, it’s so uplifting and starts me, on a creative and energized footing.
I’m thinking of trying to walk 200 miles in 28 days during April and plenty of those will have to be morning walks. I’ll let you know, what I decide on the 200 miles thing. No matter the time, could walking regularly become a part of you?
