I will go without a lot of things but the one I hate to give up, is dessert. I saw this recipe last week but I’ve been running the gauntlet with work, family and walking.
May I present the so del.icio.us and diggin it, Strawberry Kiwi Dessert Cups. This looks more like a mini cake than some skimpy cupcake. So walk yourself over and get baking, whoops, no baking just make and eat. My favorite kind of dessert. I have yet to meet a dessert, I didn’t like and that didn’t like me. Especially the unmentionable one, who lives in the dark and forbidden hinterland of the dangerous underworld – chocolate!
Give this one a try, it’s light, awesome and easy.
Pack of dessert cups – (160 calories for two)
Fresh strawberries and kiwis
Fat free whipped creamCut up the fruit and arrange it in/on the dessert cups. Top with whipped cream and garnish with small slices of the fruit. Enjoy!
