Who doesn’t love a good salad. Well, there is my six year old, who thinks salads are poisonous and should be avoided at all cost. Me, I love a good salad, so I present you, “Salads that Satisfy,” these salads are not just a bunch of lettuce, they are ‘tasty culinary go-green art’ from Self magazine penned by Jennifer Iserioh and masterful recipes created by Burcu Avascar.

With salads like that, you can satisfy even the pickiest and keep weight control a front and center. So eat them up and don’t worry about that die-t. After greening-up, grab your sweetie and take an evening spring walk.
