I’m sorry – I haven’t forgotten you! Things are crazy here in Washington, DC and it has nothing to do with politic or the economy. I want to apologize for the lack of interesting posts and twisty titles, I’ve been in a very busy and Zume has suffered.

I ‘ve missed the process and the creativity of writing about my personal passion – walking. I hope you haven’t gone to another. Zume would be heart broken.

I’ll get my groove back, as things settle down a bit. Don’t forget my personal fitness challenge, walking 200 miles in 28 day, there’s only 9 days left, then I’ll have more posting time.
