Here’s my theory, Kirstie fell off the weight loss wagon, is she bases all her weight loss on diet rather than exercise. If you base all your weight control or loss on exercise, you’ll loss the weight and keep it off. If you try and focus on only what you eat, you will fail.
Sorry, no I’m very sorry to say it, and I don’t want to discourage any of you from watching what you eat but the most important part of the weight control equation is regular exercise, exercise that you can maintain forever. Exercise you do four or five days a week – for life. You better find something you love, for me, it’s walking. Simple and effective exercise, you can do for life.
