I saw this bumper-sticker this morning and I had to laugh out loud. I love it. What a funny take on the Breast Cancer awareness movement and the tag really sticks with you. The people next to me in traffic must have thought I was insane. Who cares.
As you know, we have a team walking in the Washington DC 3-day Breast Cancer walk. Angie and Christy both have begun the training process and are both doing well. If you stop by at the 3-day website, we're under the team name - ZumeWalk.
One day we'll hear the cry - SAVE THE TA-TAS!, save the ta-tas.

I'm sorry - I haven't forgotten you! Things are crazy here in Washington, DC and it has nothing to do with politic or the economy. I want to apologize for the lack of interesting posts and twisty titles, I've been in a very busy and Zume has suffered.
I 've missed the process and the creativity of writing about my personal passion - walking. I hope you haven't gone to another. Zume would be heart broken.
I'll get my groove back, as things settle down a bit. Don't forget my personal fitness challenge, walking 200 miles in 28 day, there's only 9 days left, then I'll have more posting time.

Rock the House Ya'll with the Celebrate Fairfax! and a 8K, in Fairfax Virginia will rock your socks off with Blues Traveler, The Fixx, Old Skool All-Stars, Phil Vassar and many more.
We're all about walking here at ZumeWalk but walk or run get involved in a great cause. My wife and I have been contributors to the Alternative House for at least ten years and love the folks who run the facilities and the brave women who benefit from their loving shelter and care.
So get out and enjoy the day and make yourself feel good with a give.
Thanks. MikeZume_giving and walking both end in "ing."
