Earth shattering! Next thing we'll hear is that breathing oxygen is essential for life or living. Wow!
This is new research and ground breaking, "Physical Fitness Cuts Heart, Death Risk Study Shows Cardiorespiratory Fitness Helps Reduce Risk of Heart Disease" from WebMD Health News written By Jennifer Warner and reviewed by Elizabeth Klodas, MD, FACC.
Good thing we had a doctor to review this research, here's the research in a nutshell, get moving or die. I just saved all those doctors years of medical school and research. Here's the article as it appears online:

Life is so very, very special because of those that fill our lives with love. Please take care.
Yesterday, my wife got the initial "uncertain" news from her doctor, that she needed to see a specialist to further examine a growth next to a cyst in her breast. Tuesday, we go to a surgeon and see what the next and best course of action.
Cross your fingers, that it turns out to be nothing. Scaring me shitless.
MikeZ_posting very little a missing it - terribly.

OK, I love a salad as much as the next person but do we need a whole month to celebrate the much maligned salad?
Is there massive salad discrimination conspiracy theory, running wildly through the Wendy's salad bars? Are lettuce heads rising up in protest in the vegetable section of your local grocery store? I think?
But you better watch out those protesting cherry tomatoes, you could get hit by a stray and flying red object? I think the salad world is at peace, I would say more people are eating salads than at any other time in history. What do you think? Or am I full of peas...
OK, put aside your personal politics for a moment, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, is a walker.
No matter how you feel about her politics, you've got to feel good that one of our political leaders takes the time to exercise her body and mind. We all know how important exercise is for general healthiness but for someone with so much pressure, they probably need more relief from stress and walking is a great release. The other benefit is time to think and we know that Speaker Pelosi, has a tremendous amount to think about each and every day. The Washington...
