I found the "the Daily Mind" and the tag line caught my eye, "eastern wisdom to make the daily grind more meaningful," and I liked it. I browsed around and found the site, fun and thoughtful. Two great attributes generally in life and, um, in everything else. The Daily Minder's, "8 Hacks to Help You Exercise Before Work Everyday" had one point that relates to all exercise no matter the time of day.
