Short but sweet. A link and a quote:
"Since then, she has combined regular exercise with a low-calorie diet and has lost 94 pounds in a little over 1½ years."

It's your big night. A walk down the red carpet.
All those years of work culminated in one night in the spotlight.
Where did you put that ticket?
Not know - where could my ticket be? Pocket, purse, dropped?
There it is? Now you can relax.
OK, get walking. Head up - shoulders back.
You know, down the red carpet. The red carpet to fitness. Sorry you thought... now that's funny.
Not just down the red carpet but everywhere, anywhere and somewhere.
The store, parking lots, Starbucks, stairs, dry cleaner, airport, charity weekend walks almost anywhere and everywhere.

Fitting fitness in your life.
It's not easy to say or to start an exercise program. Juggling has become a reality of modern life and somehow we keep multiple balls in the air: family, spouse, children, work, hobbies, chores, love life, dating, entertainment, networking, cooking dinner - you get the idea. It all seems impossible, no wonder we can't find time to exercise. Gladys Edmunds writing for USA TODAY asked her trainer, Judy for a few good ideas:

Ted Leonsis, at the end of 2008, became a member of the NutriSystem team. Ted became a new board member at NutriSystem, not a spokesperson or participant in the diet system. Here's Ted:
We all find our way in life - eventually. Ted too.

Roizen, M.D., and John La Puma, M.D. "By making some easy choices, such as eating well, you can control your genes rather than being controlled by them and even slow down or reverse aging," Roizen explains. Check out the full story at bnet.com from a March-April 2004 article in American Fitness.
Now the cooking light part. Not only do you need to cook healthy but you also need to feed your body the protein and flavor that cures...
Man was it cold today. Ten miles in 20 degrees and colder.
By the end of my walk, I was exhausted and my outside hat layer was frozen at the brim. Nice. I saw at least twenty other people getting in a workout; enjoying the clear and cold day.
Lesson re-learned today regarding cold weather hydration, even though it's cold you still need the same amount of hydration that you consume during hot weather walks. I had enough water but just barely.
I know you've heard the layers thing a thousand times. Layers, layers and more layers. Here's one trick, wear layers that can unzip at least five...
