This post is about keeping track of your goals. The best way to do that is, write it down for personal motivation. There are so many ways to keep track of your workouts and weight control. Nike+, calendar, notebook, GPS watch, the list goes on and on - find one that you like and stick with it. OK, I'm a ERB addict. I love my daily and monthly "Electronic Results Buzz."
I want to know my results each day, month and year. It's just me, how I'm wired, tracking my workouts has always been an important part of my fitness ritual.
Yesterday, I had a "moment" with my Nike+ and iPod Nano which hadn't worked properly for two weeks and I was tired of fooling with it. Everything seems to be working properly now and I hope it stays that way because I'm an ERB addict. Please forgive me for my weakness. LOL.
Sorry to Nike, please accept my apologies for ranting but you deserved a little anger...
