I was born in the south and grew up with a mother who was a true southern cook - and that meant plenty of greens like collards, mustard and beet greens. When we moved to California, I was surprised to find hardly anyone eating these “common” vegetables. The old H2O, we need it and we need to drink it. Preferably from some filtered source or plain old clean tap water. It's amazing how clean our tap water in this country, really it is, but the perception is that tap water is not healthy or clean. I drink it filtered from my refrigerator. Talk about cost effective.
